MARCH 28TH-APRIL 1ST
Travel with internationally-renowned chef and food stylist, Camille Becerra, on an epicurean adventure across Havana, Cuba. We will guide you through the restaurants that are making a buzz and into the kitchens of local taste makers and culinary creatives. Led by Camille herself, this experience will feature cooking and food styling workshops in addition to small-group discussion aimed to facilitate deep immersion into Cuba’s culinary scene.
This is a rare and once in a lifetime opportunity to intimately explore such a drastically different culture with a highly regarded chef. Camille works as a food stylist, a food contributor at Domino Magazine and develops recipes for Bon Appetit Magazine, all while working on her first published cookbook and overseeing a new restaurant concept in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan called De Maria. Camille has been featured in New York Times, Vogue, Elle among other prestigious media outlets. You can read her full bio on the tour details page.
