Kelley’s North Star

“Kelley designs trips that are thoughtful, immersive, and rooted in long-term cultural collaboration. ”

Kelley Mullarkey is a Trip Designer for El Camino Travel and the founder of Majestic Disorder Travels, a company that bridges artisan communities and curious travelers through highly curated boutique journeys. She has spent over a decade designing and leading small-group trips across Morocco, Albania, and beyond, with a focus on culture, craft, and place-based storytelling.

Kelley has written extensively about travel through Majestic Disorder—an independent arts and travel magazine and creative consulting studio—and as a contributing writer for Condé Nast Traveler and trend forecasting firms such as WGSN. Her work spans global travel campaigns, collaborations with tourism boards including Visit Morocco, and consulting projects with cultural ministries and international hospitality initiatives, from promoting traditional craft in Ecuador with Visit Quito to sustainable cacao farming in Oahu with Go Hawaii.

Bringing together editorial sensibility, on-the-ground experience, and deep relationships with local partners, Kelley designs trips that are thoughtful, immersive, and rooted in long-term cultural collaboration.
