As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Antigua is famous for its well-preserved Spanish Baroque-influenced architecture, with buildings that date back to the 16th and 17th centuries. Throw in a majestic backdrop (the city is surrounded by three volcanoes), enduring artisan traditions, some of the world’s best coffee, and a thriving art scene, and you can easily see why it’s a growing tourist destination.
